Maktoub trio is an instrumental musical project founded by Ayman Mabrouk/ Percussionist - Ahmed Maher/ Oud Player - Wael El-Sayed/ Accordionist.
Three renowned musicians blending their diverse experience together to explore a new genre of music.
The main component of this music genre, is Arabic music - which presents the common background between them- mixed with Jazz influences and world music sounds.
Using diffrent ways of composing, such as individual composing, group composing or workshop, exploiting a high level of understanding between the three musicians.
